Even though Hikari products are tested and are quality assured before shipping out from the manufacturing facility, there is still a chance that defect may occur. Even though the percent rate of defective products at Hikari is under 0.1%, it is always good to know, that every buyer is covered.

To start a warranty claim, it is enough to contact the authorized dealer you bought your product from, let them know what the problem is and they will provide you with the instructions.
